By accepting this Agreement, you agree that it shall be binding upon both you and Vantcori Electronics Pte. Ltd., with registered office in 6 Raffles Quay, #14-02, Singapore 048580.
I. User Registration
1.User Eligibility: The term "User" in this Agreement refers to legal persons, other organizations, or natural persons who access Vantcori Electronics or use the services provided by Vantcori Electronics. If a Vantcori Electronics user is a natural person, they must be a natural person with full civil capacity and civil conduct capacity as defined by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, capable of independently bearing civil liability; if the user is a legal person or another organization, they must undertake to be a legally established and validly existing corporate entity or other organization in accordance with relevant laws, and have obtained all necessary authorizations and approvals to enter into and perform this Agreement. If you are not eligible, please do not use or immediately discontinue using our services. Your Vantcori Electronics account may not be transferred or shared with others. Vantcori Electronics reserves the right to determine whether to suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the services to you (including but not limited to restricting your accounts use of related services, limiting your account login, disabling your account, etc.) based on your credit information, business conditions, performance capacity, and performance, subject to legal requirements.
2.User Rights: Upon completion of registration, users can enjoy the services provided by Vantcori Electronics, which provides products and services in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Singapore.
II. User Conduct
You may not engage in any behavior that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Vantcori Electronics, or any other behavior that harms the legitimate rights and interests of Vantcori Electronics, including but not limited to:
1.Using any robots, spider software, scraping software, or other automated means to access the website;
2.Renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, establishing mirror sites of the website and its related information without authorization, or using the website to develop derivative products, works, services, plugins, add-ons, compatibility, interconnection, etc.;
3.Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the website or any activities conducted on the website;
4.Using unauthorized plugins and/or exploiting vulnerabilities in the website to gain unfair advantages;
5.Using DNS hijacking or other techniques to illegally intrude upon, disrupt, or damage the server software system of the website, or to modify, add, delete, steal, intercept, replace data in the client and/or server software system of the website, or to unlawfully occupy server space of the website, or to engage in any other behavior that overloads the website;
6.Deleting or modifying the copyright information on the website;
7.Compiling, decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise cracking the website;
8.Using the website to transmit any viruses, spyware, or other computer programs that may destroy, alter, delete, adversely affect, intercept secretly, access without authorization, or appropriate any system, data, or personal information;
9.Engaging in any behavior that may be prohibited or potentially prohibited under applicable laws and regulations.
If your conduct violates laws and regulations or the terms of this Agreement and the website rules, Vantcori Electronics reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions against you:
(1)Restrict your behavior on the website;
(2)Freeze your account;
(3)Revoke (cancel) your registered account on the website;
(4)Pursue other legal responsibilities of the user.
III. Intellectual Property Declaration
The copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other ownership or rights related to the network services provided by Vantcori Electronics shall not be downloaded, copied, transmitted, adapted, or edited by any person or user without the consent of Vantcori Electronics. Otherwise, the user shall bear all legal liabilities. IV. Commercial Advertising Statement
Unless you grant us permission, we will not share your personal identity information with partners who provide advertising services. V. Disclaimer
Vantcori Electronics is obligated to technically ensure the normal operation of the website, strive to avoid service interruptions or limit the duration of any interruptions, and guarantee the smooth progress of users online transactions. However, if the Vantcori Electronics website crashes or is unable to function normally due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of Vantcori Electronics, resulting in the loss of information, records, etc., Vantcori Electronics shall not be held responsible. VI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force. The arbitration costs (including but not limited to attorney's fees, arbitration fees, expert witness fees (if any), and third-party fees (if any)) shall be borne by the breaching party or the losing party.
