Microchip Aug 14 Reprice, Xilinx Spot Rally, ADI Alert
The Q3 pricing cycle continues to develop across multiple manufacturers. This week's update covers official price adjustments from Microchip, Bulgin, and several domestic brands, alongside market-level movements in Xilinx, ADI, TI, and Micron. Lead
times across automotive, industrial, and AI-specific SKUs remain the dominant supply-side signal.
Below is a condensed view by manufacturer.
Microchip — Full portfolio reprice effective Aug 14, 2026 Official notice issued Jun 29, with distributor channels executing from early July. All new orders and re-shipments after Aug 14 will follow new pricing, covering MCU, analog, memory, and power management lines. Automotive and industrial lead times sit at 18–27 weeks, with automotive CAN and industrial DSP parts remaining tight.

Bulgin — Full-line average +7.2% effective Aug 1 Official notice issued Jul 1, citing raw material, ocean freight, and fuel cost pressures. Order lock-in cutoff is Jul 28 — any orders requiring original pricing must be placed before that date.

Xilinx (AMD) — XC series spot rally continues With AMD directing capacity toward AI, Xilinx factory shipments through H1 2026 have been minimal. Traders are releasing stock in single-reel batches (~200pcs). Weekly moves: XC7Z020-2CLG484I +15%, XC7A75T-2FGG484I +10%, XCKU5P-2FFVB676I +16%. Futures lead times now exceed 50 weeks (vs. 8–12 weeks in 2025), with some part numbers no longer accepting futures orders. Next in line: ≥676-pin metal-lid packages across XCKU / XC7S / XC6S.
ADI — Post-alert market tightening Following the Jul 3 supply-tightness alert, spot prices have moved upward, most quotes valid same-day only. Spot quote validity is shrinking and futures channels are narrowing. Long-term production BOMs should consider building safety stock and placing futures orders early.
Micron — DRAM contract prices climbing through July Driven by AI server and HBM demand, July DRAM contract prices continued to rise. NAND Flash Q3 contract prices expected to rise 10–15%. Enterprise SSD and high-capacity storage demand remains strong. Buyer-seller price expectations still show a gap; inventory confirmation before order placement is recommended.
Panasonic — Film capacitor price increase from Jul 1 Driven by rising costs across metal, film, resin, and naphtha-based materials. Futures quotes carry a risk of price escalation before delivery.
Bourns — PPTC and GDT stabilizing after May increases Following May's +7–10% adjustment on PPTC resettable fuses and +30–40% on GDT gas discharge tubes, pricing has stabilized. Lead times around 16 weeks; historical pattern suggests possible extension in H2.
TI — 22–30 weeks across auto / industrial / AI SKUs AI compute and EV demand continues to squeeze 8-inch wafer capacity. BQ-series battery management ICs at 22–28 weeks with spot scarce and priced at a premium. High-precision industrial ADCs and instrumentation amplifiers around 30 weeks.
Infineon — Automotive analog and power at 24–30 weeks, some AI parts >61 weeks Automotive analog, power, and switching regulator categories extending to 24–30 weeks. IGBT and memory categories at 12–52 weeks. Certain AI-related SKUs now exceed 61 weeks.
TE — Order shipments paused due to Jul 6 price system adjustment TE headquarters paused shipments on Jul 6 to update pricing in its system. Distributors report that even in-stock parts are held until pricing is finalized, likely continuing through mid-to-late July. Expect increased spot market inquiries during this window.
CJ (Jiangsu Changjing) — Large-package products 20+ weeks Standard package lead times 12–18 weeks; large-package SKUs 20 weeks or longer.
LITE-ON — Extended lead times on optocouplers and LEDs MOC series expected 8+ weeks, LED series 12+ weeks due to factory shortages.
JST — PH/VH series stable, competitive pressure from domestic brands No official price notice released. PH/VH consumer connector inventory adequate, standard lead times 8–14 weeks. VH high-power series seeing demand growth from appliance and new energy sectors. Facing pricing pressure from Luxshare, Derun, and Xingkun.
